Hotronix® Sports Ball Heat Press

Inflatable sports balls may be quickly and simply personalized with the Sports Ball Heat Press. The personalized ball is perfect for use as giveaways, prizes, or memorials for special occasions.

Additionally, you can refine the majority of inflatable sports balls with this press, including handballs, basketballs, and footballs. The Hotronix Sports Ball Heat Press can print a logo, player name, or number even on an American football.

A digital temperature and time display with a twin timer feature is also included with the ball press. All ball sizes and shapes fit on the specifically constructed heating plate. The pressure is adjusted to the size of the ball thanks to an adjustable ball holding device.

All balls can press for 8 seconds at the same temperature of 113 °C. The low temperature is crucial to prevent harming delicate plastics or fake leather.

We advise using a transfer size of up to 410 centimeters to make sure the film lies flat on the surface of the curved ball.

We advise finishing with the Grip rubber mat for an additional 5 seconds when using nubby basketballs.

Stahls recommends CAD-COLOR® SuperTEK™ Opaque printable vinyl for full-color application.

In white signature areas of autograph balls, CAD-CUT® SportFilm Lite™ heat transfer vinyl can be applied.

Temperature: 230°F/110°C
Pressure: Firm (top platen should make contact with the ball 2 inches before final lockdown)
Peel: Cool

Note: For textured balls, remove the carrier and heat apply for an additional 8 seconds.
